What began as a sole proprietorship serving two clients has grown into a multi-employee, local company with large ideas helping local people.

Our South Bend, Indiana, headquarters offers 24/7/365 system monitoring and speedy response times, ensuring personal, one-on-one communication with one of our technicians.

Meet Our Leaders

Nick Hahaj

A lifelong local resident, Nick began his IT career in 2001 on the service desk, and through hard work, training and dedication, progressed his way to managing teams of experienced system and network engineers. He has held numerous technical and managerial positions in a wide range of industries. He has designed, implemented and supported industry-standard technologies including those from Cisco, VMWare, Microsoft and EMC as well as implemented innovative solutions using commodity hardware. Nick has expertise in designing complex IT solutions, Project Management and Capacity/Business Continuity Planning. In addition to his hands-on experience and training, he holds or has held several Industry recognized certifications, including those from Cisco, CompTIA, Microsoft and ITIL.

Nick’s time in front of a screen is eschewed for sunlight, woods and trails, whenever possible. He’s an avid lover of outdoor activities with a refreshing disconnect, especially power sports such as dirt bikes and four-wheelers.

James Doty

James has been a resident of the Michiana area his entire life. He began his IT career in 2000 as a district technician and moved on to roles as a sys admin, voice engineer and ultimately an MSP engineer. He has held technical positions in several different organizations including school systems, local government and the private sector. He has deployed virtual environments, Cisco VoIP systems, Meraki and Cisco networks, as well as entire environments from the ground up. James has worked several projects simultaneously, from start to
finish, and met deadlines with proficiency and accuracy.

When James is not in front of a keyboard, he spends his time disconnecting from all electronic devices when possible. His cellphone would not be in ear shot. He enjoys being outside and would love to be close to or on a body of water somewhere with a lot of sunshine. He loves football, and you will find him spending maybe too much time during the fall months watching Michigan football and the Chicago Bears on Saturdays and Sundays. He enjoys spending his downtime with his family and friends and would be content sitting around a fire with good conversation, good music and something to throw on the grill.

Sean Gleason

Sean, a proud resident of Niles, MI, brings a wealth of knowledge and enthusiasm to our team as the newest Service Desk Technician. Graduating with an associates degree in Information Technology Networking in 2014, Sean has seamlessly integrated into our work family, proving himself to be a valuable and dedicated member.  With a solid educational background, Sean embarked on his professional journey in the field of Information Technology. His expertise and quick adaptability have been instrumental in his role as a Service Desk Technician, where he resolves technical issues and ensures the smooth functioning of our IT infrastructure.

Outside the world of technology, Sean finds joy in the simple pleasures of life. An avid dog lover, he enjoys walking his German Shepherds and spending quality time playing with them. His compassion extends beyond the digital realm to the furry friends who make his days brighter.  A lifelong resident of Niles, Sean has a deep appreciation for the outdoors. Whether it’s hunting, fishing, or engaging in other outdoor activities, he embraces the beauty of nature. His adventurous spirit and love for the great outdoors contribute to a well-rounded personality.
